As a Enterprise Architect you will contribute to designing the IT landscape of the organization based on the business strategy. You will help the other architects with the usage and documentation of the landscape within LEANIX.
Further setup integration between LEANIX with other IT4IT tools conform way of working within the client.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
– Manage the enterprise tooling – Leanix
– Further rollout the tool within the organisation by onboarding team by team
– Communicate and promote Leanix as the enterprise tooling within the organization.
– Coach / train people with the usage of Leanix
– Setup KPI around the usage of Leanix
– Help with the build out of techstack conform the Gartner Time Model
Secondary Tasks and responsibilities
– Help with the build out of a data model
– Transform the IT strategy in an architecture that represents goals and target of the business
– Understand and ameliorate the business strategy translating it into IT requirements with alignment guarantee
– Define a strategy which is in line with business and company culture/expectations
– Identify the interdependencies between projects in order to prioritize then in the organization roadmap
– Actualize the transformation plans (roadmap) based on the real time evolution of the projects
Team involvement
– Participate in the identification of the standards and architecture guidelines in regards to the job itself
– Initiate and maintain the architectural models
Technical profile requirements
– Expert knowledge of programming languages: Java, ESQL
– Expert knowledge of software: MQ, IIB, Web Service (REST/SOAP)
– Expert knowledge of methodology: Agile, Object oriented
– Good knowledge of tools: JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT
– IBM environment expert
– Excellent analytical and programming skills
– Excellent knowledge of the IT process management
– Excellent coaching & training skills
– FR and/ Dutch + professional working proficiency in the other language
