Description
The Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader and coach. The mission of the Senior Scrum Master will consist of helping Scrum teams meet their goals by educating the team in Scrum, following-up on the team Scrum Board and ensuring Agile processes and best practices are being followed. The Senior Scrum Master fosters collaboration with other scrum teams and follows up inter-team dependencies. The Senior Scrum Master also helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement.
Skills & Expertise
- Extended experience in Agile methodologies is required with a preference for SAFe!
- (Strong) affinity with engineering of IT solutions at all levels and a good general understanding of business contexts and complex IT architectures including different technologies and systems.
- Experience in Data Governance initiatives is a plus.
